Choosing Creativity

Choosing Creativity is a very popular ongoing drop-in session from ULA. Art Tutor Charlie Nixon and ULA staff have created a safe space to explore creative expression. Participants in these restorative workshops are invited to take a break from complex life situations to experiment with a wide variety of art techniques and mediums, from water colour to paper craft and wire sculpture. As the project has evolved, participants have been invited to become more involved in planning activities that reflect their passions and interests, with their art works displayed on the walls of CoLab’s Atrium.
